What you can expect if you place an order at Down Pillows?

Customer Service: We can be contacted by email at support@downpillows.com. We will respond to all email inquiries within 1 business day. We are dedicated to resolving any customer service issue in a timely manner. Order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails will be sent. Order status information is available 24 hours a day at our website.

Shipping: Shipping and handling to the continental United States by ground service is $4.00 regardless of the size of the order placed. Next day shipping is substantially more and varies based upon where the item is being sent. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, US territories, US protectorates, APO/FBO addresses, and other US minor outlying islands varies based upon where the item is being sent. All orders placed before Noon Eastern Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after Noon Eastern Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after Noon Eastern and on Saturday, Sunday or a Federal Holiday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship orders to any location outside of the United States. We do not ship orders to addresses that are not registered with your credit card company. We reserve the right to contact your credit card company in order to verify that an address is approved for shipment under Address Verification Guidelines. Orders shipping by ground should arrive within 7 days after the order is placed; however, please allow for 8 days.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the date that the order was placed on our website. Any item can be returned for any reason providing that the item is in BRAND NEW condition. Upon receipt of the item we will refund your credit card with the full purchase price of the item. However, shipping is not refundable for any reason. Occasionally, we offer a free shipping promotion. If you received free shipping when you placed your order you will have your complete purchase price refunded less $4.00 to offset some of our shipping expense. If you need to return your order you will need to contact us by email at support@downpillows.com before you return your order. We will issue a return authorization number (RA number) to be written on the box and the address where the item should be sent. At this point it will be your responsibility to return/pay for any costs of returning the item to Down Pillows. Any items returned without RA numbers will be refused.
Satisfaction Guarantee: For all items we carry at DownPillows.Com we will provide you a full refund of your purchase price if the item is returned to us within 30 days from the date that you place your order. Shipping and handling is not refundable and you are responsible for getting the return to our office.
Sales Tax:We charge 4.35% sales tax on all orders shipping to the State of Colorado.

All orders shipping anywhere in the United States are eligible for FREE Shipping. Simply select FREE Shipping when you checkout and we will ship your order by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

When we say FREE Shipping to anywehre in the United States we mean anywhere in the United States. We will ship orders to the continental United States even ship orders to APO and FBO addresses for FREE. Unfortunately Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Guam, etc will be charged nominal shipping rates as there is no ground service available to those areas.

Expedited shipping such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping can be quite expensive because of the size of bedding. Cost for expedited shipping varies based upon where the item is being sent. All orders placed before Six PM Eastern Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after Six PM Eastern Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Federal Holiday will ship the following business day.

Refund Process: Upon receipt of the item we will refund your credit card with the purchase price of the item. However, the original shipping fee is not refundable for any reason.

Additionally, you are responsible for paying for the costs to ship the product you return to our warehouse; the amount that you pay to return the item to our location is not refundable for any reason.

With regards to our free shipping promotion and returns: If you received free shipping when you placed your order you will have your purchase price refunded less $7.00 to offset our shipping expense. If you refuse your order it will be treated as a return and the $7.00 deducted from that return.

Additionally, money paid for gift wrapping is not refundable. Gift wrapping is a service and as such it is not refundable.
